Job summary

Americhem is hiring Extrusion Operators to join our Liberty, NC plant, where you will set up, operate, and tend extrusion equipment to produce a variety of products used by customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience. Compensation starts at $17.00 per hour with a $1.75 shift differential for the 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am), plus benefits including health coverage, 120 hours PTO, life insurance, and a strong 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing/production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and tend extrusion machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Add color mix to the feeder using a tow motor/forklift.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and contribute to safety programs.
