Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking an Equipment Tech Leadman for the Lake Lynn, PA Quarry to lead the second shift crew and reinforce a strong safety culture in a MSHA-regulated environment. You will assign daily work, inspect and repair equipment, and ensure efficient production.

Responsibilities include pre-shift inspections, promoting safe practices, maintaining conveyors, crushers, and related components, and overseeing outdoor operations in varied weather.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in aggregates, mining, heavy industrial operations, or related field.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Maintain prompt attendance for operational continuity.
• Ability to perform physical requirements (standing, lifting up to 60 lbs, etc.).
• Ability to follow supervision, communicate effectively, and work with the team.
• Ability to work safely in varied outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead second-shift personnel by assigning daily work and providing direction.
• Follow MSHA and government safety rules and procedures.
• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment.
• Promote a safe, organized work environment and report issues.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and report defects to the supervisor.
• Perform maintenance on crushers, conveyors, screens and related components.
• Operate or learn to operate crushing/screening equipment and mobile plant equipment.
• Fulfill additional duties to support safe site operations.
