Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Yard Loader Operator for our Lake Lynn, PA Quarry to support a positive safety culture in an MSHA-regulated environment. You will work with a team to produce natural aggregates in a mining setting, including underground hauling to the primary crusher.

The role requires 3–4 years experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a rugged, team-oriented approach with the ability to stand, lift, and operate heavy equipment in varied weather.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prompt, regular attendance and a team-based mindset.
• Ability to work in varied outdoor environments and lift as required.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition.
• Comply with all industry safety rules, policies, procedures and applicable government regulations.
• Maintain mobile equipment according to company standards.
• Be involved with maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Pre-shift equipment for safety defects and report them to a supervisor.
• Operate Cat haul trucks (775/777) and Komatsu haul trucks (465/605).
• Learn to operate other underground equipment such as Loaders, Haul Trucks, Scalers and Bolters.
• Maintain strong communications with other plant employees and operators.
