Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates in Lake Lynn, PA seeks an Equipment Tech Leadman to direct a second shift crew, uphold MSHA safety standards, and keep mining equipment running smoothly in an active quarry.

You will inspect, repair, and troubleshoot conveyors, crushers, screens, and mobile plant equipment, lead daily tasks, and ensure a safe, productive site. HS diploma required; 4–6+ years in aggregates/mining; MSHA Part 48 preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in aggregates, mining, heavy industrial operations, or related field.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance to support operations.
• Ability to perform physical requirements, including standing, lifting up to 60 lbs.
• MSHA training preferred; fabrication and welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead second-shift personnel by assigning daily work and monitoring task completion.
• Follow and reinforce MSHA and government safety rules and procedures.
• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment such as conveyors, screens, crushers.
• Operate or learn to operate crushing and screening equipment and mobile plant equipment as needed.
• Perform additional duties to support safe, efficient site operations.
