Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in math, computer software, and warehouse management systems.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in distribution; 3–5 years overall distribution experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all shipping and receiving activities.
• Manage Warehouse Associate productivity across cross‑functional teams.
• Recommend process improvements and more efficient methods.
• Establish standards and procedures.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Determine best transportation for packages and truckload shipments.
• Maintain equipment to be fully functional and safe.
• Provide leadership and direction to department personnel.
• Train and acclimate new hires on warehouse procedures.
