The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of supervisory experience, a strong background in distribution or logistics, and the ability to motivate a diverse team. Candidate will be a hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in a distribution, warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate hourly warehouse employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 38 warehouse associates on 2nd shift.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and customer service performance metrics.
• Manage employee scheduling, attendance, timecards, and time-off requests.
