Job summary

Phillips Industries is seeking a 2nd Shift Distribution Center Supervisor for our Cincinnati facility. You’ll lead receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, safety, and team performance on the 3:30 PM–12:00 AM shift, serving as on-site accountability during the shift.

You will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate workloads, ensure accurate picking and shipping, monitor safety, and partner with the DC Manager to drive continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Prior experience as a Lead, Team Lead, or in a supervisory role.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the second-shift warehouse team, assign priorities, and monitor performance.
• Oversee receipt, inventory management, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and replenishment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and drive cycle counts and audits.
• Promote safety, enforce policies, and conduct inspections and coaching.
• Operate or supervise operation of warehouse equipment as needed.
• Provide shift handoffs and report key metrics to management.
