Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Distribution Supervisor for the second shift at our Hebron, KY facility. You will lead day-to-day distribution operations, drive Lean initiatives, and develop a team of 20+ associates to meet on-time delivery, quality and productivity goals.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and works on-site at the Hebron, KY Distribution Center with typical hours 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years experience with High School Diploma, or 5+ years with Bachelor’s, or 3+ years with Master’s.
• 2.5+ years leading a team of 10+ associates in a warehouse.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience in a Continuous Improvement environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Supervisors to build and execute productivity plans balancing labor.
• Communicate policies to ensure compliance and take corrective action when required.
• Foster accountability, engagement, quality, safety and customer satisfaction in a Lean environment.
• Perform root cause analysis to drive problem-solving and process improvements.
• Provide performance feedback and development opportunities to direct reports.
