Job summary

Phillips & Temro Industries is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate work orders, manage staffing and ensure access to materials and equipment. You will interface with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, Production Planning, Supply Chain and HR to drive efficient operations.

The role emphasizes Lean practices, training, and documentation of employee records, with a focus on safe, compliant production and timely problem resolution in a factory environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to resolve disputes and observe confidentiality.
• 3–5 years progressive experience in factory operations and/or supervision.
• 5 years Progressive lead experience with training and team environment concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production work orders with material and equipment availability, employee count, and due dates; assign tasks.
• Provide technical advice and ensure accuracy of production operations.
• Communicate work plans and responsibilities to staff and management; resolve production problems promptly.
