Job summary

The YGS Group is seeking a dependable Digital Finishing Operator for our York, PA facility. This full-time, on-site role supports cutting, folding, stitching, binding, and preparation of printed materials for mailing or shipment.

You will set up, operate, and monitor finishing equipment, review job requirements, and ensure quality throughout production runs while maintaining accurate logs and inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating digital finishing, bindery, printing, or similar production equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of Duplo, cutters, Bourg binders, folders or similar finishing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate digital finishing equipment.
• Review job tickets and plan finishing operations.
• Monitor quality and adjust processes to meet specs.
• Perform routine maintenance and coordinate service when needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and inventory counts.
