Job summary

The YGS Group is seeking a dedicated Finishing Clerk to join our printing solutions team in a full-time, second-shift capacity (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). The role focuses on manually assembling components to meet customer specifications, packing and shipping forms, and following precise job instructions to ensure high-quality results.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and be comfortable operating standard office equipment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Familiarity with standard office equipment and Microsoft Outlook preferred.
Ability to work in a production environment with medium/high noise levels and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Review instructions for each work assignment before beginning work to ensure full understanding and correct completion.
Follow processes related to manual finishing, including mail sort, WBS, ADF, and missing numbers.
Pack forms by organization according to control numbers and shipping instructions to ensure accuracy.
Hand-stuff jobs using special components for forms not handled by inserters due to page count or size.
Utilize EPIC and production binders to ensure client specifications are followed correctly.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to PPE, ergonomics, and safety procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned and work overtime as needed.
