Job summary

Nosco is seeking a Digital Finishing Operator for the Bristol, PA facility on the third shift. You will produce printed roll labels to meet on-time delivery, quality, and customer specs in a safe, efficient manner.

Responsibilities include setting up the ABG Digicon, finishing processes (die-cut, varnish, coat, laminate, slit, count), monitoring production, and maintaining quality records. Prior press experience and basic QA exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital/offset/flexo press work or related machinery experience.
• Experience with basic quality systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate an ABG Digicon per SOPs and work instructions.
• Die cut, varnish, coat, laminate, slit, and count roll label material to meet customer needs.
• Actively monitor production efficiency and quality while completing documentation accurately.
• Troubleshoot machine problems related to equipment and setup.
• Identify and document quality problems.
• Perform clean-up/maintenance tasks.
• Sustain a high rate of productivity and meet run speeds as directed.
