Job Description

The responsibilities for this role include:

1. Cleaning and maintaining public areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairways, and locker rooms.
2. Maintaining cleanliness of assigned areas, including trash and debris removal.
3. Handling property cleanup, including bio-chemical materials.
4. Stocking linen supplies in linen closets and loading/unloading linen carts.
5. Ensuring preventative care of equipment and supplies.
6. Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Minimum one year of cleaning experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds.
