Job Description

On-Call varied shifts, required to accept 25% of offered shifts within 60 days.

Responsible for assisting guests at entertainment events by collecting admission tickets/passes, distributing programs, helping guests find seats, answering questions about the facility and its offerings.

• Provide general information about the property and venues.
• Ensure guests are properly seated and late seating policies are followed.
• Assist with guest seating and ticketing.
• Distribute event programs.
• Enforce camera/tape policies during events.
• Notify management of guest’s special needs or emergencies.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk (including stairs) for extended periods.
• Ability to bend and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to quickly read and interpret event tickets.
• Assist guests in wheelchairs.
• Remain alert and act quickly in emergencies.
