Job description

Clean and maintain public areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairways, locker rooms, etc.

1. Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas; pick up and remove trash and debris.
2. Responsible for property cleanup, including bio-chemical materials.
3. Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies.
4. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Minimum one year of cleaning experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
