Job summary

S&D Coffee in Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Machine Operator I for the 3rd shift to ensure safe operation of coffee packaging equipment. You will monitor quality, run packaging lines, manage changeovers, document production data, and support maintenance and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently to meet goals.
• Complete documents and report malfunctions.
• Interpret work orders and ensure correct materials.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate issues.
• Gas-off of coffee and adjust packaging for correct lot size.
• Complete change-over sheets and coordinate materials.
• Program and adjust packaging machine using specifications.
• Record downtime and submit maintenance requests.
• Queue and label finished boxes.
• Perform quality checks on packages.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
