Job summary

Wells in Ashland City, TN is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented candidate to join our CNC fabrication team on second shift. You will read drawings, program CNC machines, and handle woodworking tasks with safety and quality as priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or carpentry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CNC machine operation and woodworking equipment; willingness to learn.
• Forklift experience preferred; ability to safely handle and move materials.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret CAD, Revit drawings, and pour sheets to understand project specs.
• Program and operate CNC machines to perform cutting, drilling, milling, grinding, and related tasks.
• Translate technical instructions into machine commands for production.
• Prepare, load, and stage raw materials for CNC machining.
• Conduct test runs and adjust machine settings to meet specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust to maintain quality.
• Inspect and verify finished products against drawings and tolerances.
• Maintain woodworking equipment and uphold safety procedures.
• Uphold housekeeping standards and assist with additional duties as needed.
