Job summary

Wells in Ashland City, TN is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented candidate to join our CNC fabrication team on second shift. You will read drawings, program CNC machines, and handle woodworking tasks with safety and quality as priorities.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or carpentry experience preferred.
Knowledge of CNC machine operation and woodworking equipment; willingness to learn.
Forklift experience preferred; ability to safely handle and move materials.
Strong understanding of safety procedures and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret CAD, Revit drawings, and pour sheets to understand project specs.
Program and operate CNC machines to perform cutting, drilling, milling, grinding, and related tasks.
Translate technical instructions into machine commands for production.
Prepare, load, and stage raw materials for CNC machining.
Conduct test runs and adjust machine settings to meet specifications.
Monitor machine performance and adjust to maintain quality.
Inspect and verify finished products against drawings and tolerances.
Maintain woodworking equipment and uphold safety procedures.
Uphold housekeeping standards and assist with additional duties as needed.
