Wells in Ashland City, TN is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented candidate to join our CNC fabrication team on second shift. You will read drawings, program CNC machines, and handle woodworking tasks with safety and quality as priorities.

The ideal individual has strong mechanical aptitude, basic math skills and the ability to read tape measures and interpret drawings while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. This person is self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to solve problems quickly and contribute effectively to team-based project completion.
