Job summary

Wells in Texas is seeking a hands-on CNC and woodworking operator to fabricate precision components from CAD/Revit drawings. You will prepare materials, set up machines, and run production to meet tight specs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or carpentry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CNC machine operation and woodworking equipment.
• Forklift experience preferred, with ability to safely handle and move materials.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret CAD, Revit drawings, and pour sheets to understand project specifications.
• Program and operate CNC machines to perform cutting, drilling, milling, grinding, and related fabrication tasks.
• Translate technical instructions into machine commands to ensure accurate production execution.
• Prepare, load, and stage raw materials and components for CNC machining operations.
• Conduct test runs and adjust machine settings to ensure output meets required specifications.
• Operate CNC machines through full production cycles to fabricate parts efficiently and consistently.
• Monitor machine performance during operation and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Inspect, measure, and verify finished products to ensure compliance with drawings and tolerances.
• Safely operate woodworking equipment to build forms and bulkheads.
• Maintain machinery, follow all safety procedures, uphold housekeeping standards, and complete additional assigned duties.
