Job summary

Wells Concrete Products, Inc. in Ashland City, TN, is seeking a hands-on CNC operator and carpenter to fabricate precision components from CAD and Revit drawings.

You will program and run CNC machines, prepare materials, inspect parts, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. Ideal candidates have carpentry experience, basic math skills, and a willingness to learn; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or carpentry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CNC operation or willingness to learn.
• Forklift experience helpful for material handling.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Read CAD/Revit drawings and pour sheets to understand specs.
• Program and operate CNC machines for cutting, drilling, milling, and grinding.
• Translate instructions into machine commands for production.
• Prepare, load, and stage raw materials for CNC machining.
• Conduct test runs and adjust settings to meet specs.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure tolerance compliance.
• Safely operate woodworking equipment to build forms and bulkheads.
• Maintain machinery and keep a clean, safe work area.
