Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is hiring a Second Shift Client Support Specialist to serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries, orders, and issues.

Based on a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift and a fast-paced 3PL environment, you will partner with Warehouse, Transportation, and Operations teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely updates, and high customer satisfaction. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are required; 1–2 years in a logistics setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a 3PL environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Address customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Oversee accurate processing and input of customer orders and paperwork.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to clients; verify product availability.
• Run reports to audit inventory and identify variances; support corrective actions.
• Maintain and update client support procedures for team alignment.
