Job summary

Blake's Beverage Co. is seeking a Production Technician to support and lead daily packaging of hard cider into bottles, cans, and keg packages.

The role involves operating packaging equipment, maintaining sanitation, and ensuring safety for themselves and teammates while collaborating with all production departments. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and experience on a production line, preferably in beverage/canning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Extremely high attention to detail.
• Experience on a production line; beverage/canning knowledge preferred.
• Self-motivation and urgency.
• Strong time management.
• Solid understanding of BHC production principles.
• Proven ability to work well with others.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead daily packaging of liquids into bottles, cans and keg packages.
• Operate packaging machinery.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of packaging areas and machinery.
• Ensure safety of self and peers and log daily activities.
• Communicate inventory shortages and potential issues to the production team.
• Meet or exceed production volume goals as set by management.
