Qualifications

• Legal: at least 21 years old under alcohol regulations.
• Physical: stand 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Availability: able to work two primary shifts; flexible preferred.
• Mindset: can-do attitude with high motor.
• Reliability: punctual and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate state-of-the-art canning and kegging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to keep the line running at peak performance.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime; own data entry of packaging info.
• Maintain accurate records via web forms and spreadsheets.
• Ensure all finished goods meet unfiltered quality specs; flex logistics as needed.
• Operate forklifts to stage materials and move pallets to warehouse.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the shipyard.
