Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a cellar position within the brewing industry.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all cellar operations including hop handling, yeast harvesting, and beer transferring.
• Ensure beer is produced to QA standards and recipes.
• Perform quality control of beer throughout fermentation and packaging processes.
