Job summary

Easter Seals Tennessee Inc is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to make a meaningful impact in the lives of people with disabilities within our person supported homes. DSPs provide caregiver assistance with daily activities, meal prep, personal hygiene and medication administration, while supporting community involvement and therapeutic plans.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid automobile insurance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Pass a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene and medication administration.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals in the community.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance quality of life.
