Job summary

Easter Seals of Tennessee is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Lebanon, TN. Based in our person-supported homes, DSPs assist with daily activities, meal preparation, personal hygiene and medication administration to help people with disabilities live fuller lives.

We offer starting pay at $15 per hour, along with a tenure pay scale, annual performance bonus, shift premium on weekends, health insurance, company-paid life & long-term disability, and additional benefits

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid automobile insurance.
• Pass a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene and medication administration.
• Support community involvement by accompanying individuals in the community.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance quality of life for those we support.
