Job summary

Blue Point Brewing Company seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician for second shift support of brewery operations, troubleshooting and repairing packaging, brewing, utilities, and facility systems. The role requires independent work, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with TPM, RCM, preventive maintenance, or reliability programs is a plus; overtime and shift differential apply.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control‑system failures.
• Restore equipment to service safely and efficiently with minimal downtime.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production, utility, and facility equipment.
