Two Roads Brewing Co. in Stratford, CT is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production by maximizing uptime of brewing and packaging equipment.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and assist with setup and changeovers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, while following safety and sanitation standards. Shift hours vary (1st or 2nd) with potential weekend work during peak periods; strong mechanical skills and a proactive

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues under pressure.
• Experience with pumps, motors, conveyors, and production equipment.
• High attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset and reliability.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance including inspections, lubrication, and adjustments.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (pumps, motors, conveyors).
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and optimization for production runs.
• Maintain facility systems and support general building maintenance.
• Follow safety standards including LOTO, GMP, and sanitation requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and manage work orders.
• Collaborate with production, brewing, and packaging teams to improve efficiency.
