Job summary

Blue Point Brewing Company, a division of Tilray Brands, is seeking a Packaging Operator in Patchogue, NY. This entry-level manufacturing role starts with 9AM–7PM shifts Monday through Thursday, offering a 6% shift differential for late-night hours and training during the day.

You will operate fast-paced filling and packaging lines, perform quality checks, and support changeovers. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a passion for craft beer, and the ability to work with others in

Qualifications

• High school GED or higher education.
• Previous manufacturing experience in food and/or beverage preferred.
• Knowledge and a passion for craft beer.
• Enjoys working with others in a teamwork-heavy environment.
• Self-directed attitude – able to stay busy and adapt to changes with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment centers in high-speed beverage manufacturing (fillers, packers, labelers, depalletizers, palletizers).
• Perform quality checks throughout production runs.
• Maintain daily/weekly cleaning and a clean, organized work area.
• Material handling including raw materials, chemicals, packaging, and finished goods.
