Job summary

City Brewing Company is seeking an Electrical Mechanical Technician to maintain packaging equipment and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems across beverage packaging operations. Under the Packaging Maintenance Manager, you will minimize downtime and perform a range of maintenance duties.

The role requires reading blueprints, welding, and strong safety adherence. Selected candidate must be willing to work 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced production

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of machinist experience or technical training preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform welding (Stick, TIG, MIG).
• Knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems and gearboxes.

Responsibilities

• Perform set-up, adjustment, troubleshooting and replacement of mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Follow NFPA70E/OSHA/EPA/FDA safety rules and lock out/tag out procedures.
• Reduce unplanned downtime through preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery, overhaul gearboxes, pumps and motors.
• Work with team to complete work orders and root-cause analysis.
