Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Blue Point Brewing Company on second shift to support brewery operations. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining packaging, brewing, utilities, and facility systems.

The successful candidate will work independently, handle multiple priorities, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Relevant experience with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and TPM/RCM programs is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-year Industrial Maintenance program or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with high-speed manufacturing/packaging equipment beneficial.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Respond to equipment failures and production issues across brewery operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control-system failures.
• Install, test, and repair electrical components including VFDs, sensors, and motors.
• Diagnose issues using schematics, manuals, and data; restore equipment safely.
