All In Solutions is seeking an experienced BHT Supervisor to command the second shift at our Los Angeles facility. You will oversee second-shift staff, enforce safety protocols, and guide client recovery in a structured, supportive environment.

Responsibilities include conducting safety audits to meet Joint Commission/CARF standards, maintaining shift logs, training new hires on SOPs and de-escalation, and managing schedules to guarantee full client coverage while upholding professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams in behavioral health or residential settings.
• Strong communication skills, calm under pressure, and ability to enforce policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire second shift BHT staff, acting as the primary decision-maker for all operational and personnel issues during the shift.
• Execute rigorous facility walkthroughs and safety audits to ensure adherence to Joint Commission/CARF standards.
• Direct staff on de-escalation protocols during emergencies to ensure client and staff safety.
• Maintain high-level shift logs and incident reports meeting audit standards.
• Actively train new hires on SOPs, de-escalation techniques, and documentation.
• Foster a disciplined environment prioritizing client recovery and staff professionalism.
• Manage shift schedules and break times to ensure zero gaps in client coverage.
