Job summary

All In Solutions is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to be the heartbeat of our inpatient program, providing daily structure, safety, and support for clients in early recovery.

You will conduct facility walkthroughs, document client behaviors in EHR, assist with admissions/discharges, and manage crises with approved therapeutic techniques. Must have high school diploma and California RADT certification or plan to obtain within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Certification: Valid California RADT, or open to getting certified within 90 days upon hire.
• Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least 5 years.
• Compliance: Ability to pass comprehensive pre-employment background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Surveillance: Conduct regular facility walkthroughs and room checks to ensure a secure, drug-free environment.
• Clinical Documentation: Observe and record client behaviors in electronic health records (EHR) with accuracy and objectivity.
• Case Support: Facilitate seamless admissions, discharges, and orientations for new residents.
• Crisis Management: Provide immediate de-escalation and crisis intervention using approved therapeutic techniques.
• Logistics & Support: Escort clients to off-site appointments; administer supervised toxicology screenings.
