Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a BHT Supervisor to oversee clients and other BHTs, ensuring adherence to protocols and reporting issues to the Program Director and BHT Manager.

The role requires strong supervision of staff on duty, coordination of treatment activities, and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment. This full-time position offers a 1st shift from 7:00am to 3:00pm and a starting pay of $17.50 per hour before shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent. (Required)
• Valid driver’s license. (Required)
• Experience in Drug and Alcohol/Mental Health. (Preferred)
• Experience facilitating process groups and family sessions. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist with the intake process for new clients into the program.
• Communicate with staff either verbally or in written communication logs, responsible for detailed client logs.
• Listen to clients concerning all areas of treatment, maintaining a safe, orderly, and therapeutic physical environment for clients including crisis intervention.
• Coordinate activities including lectures, recreation, and meetings.
• Conduct mandatory bed checks as required per department, complete bed-check sheets for shift reporting.
• Attend shift change, team meetings, and company meetings.
• Ensure client schedule is being followed daily.
• Assist with interventions with clients.
• Follow objectives of treatment plans.
• Monitor medication line.
• Transport clients to hospitals for medical appointments as needed.
• Conduct searches of clients when they return to the facility.
• Train new staff on unit, program, and milieu.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
