Job summary

Liberty Diversified International in Golden Valley, MN is seeking a Machine Operator to contribute to safely producing quality corrugated products. You will work in a small crew, helping lead the team to maximize machine efficiencies by setting up orders, performing quality checks and communicating issues.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED with 3+ years of manufacturing experience, ability to read a tape measure, and proficiency with basic computer tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED with manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16" precision.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and data entry.
• Strong math and instruction-following capabilities.
• Overtime, weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Set up orders and operate machinery per customer specs.
• Perform quality checks and inspect articles throughout production.
• Enter production metrics and track progress in the system.
• Communicate equipment issues and troubleshoot with the team.
• Mentor Assistant Operators and assist with minor repairs.
