Job summary

Land O’Lakes, a premier agribusiness and dairy foods cooperative, is seeking a Second Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to coordinate production, packing, and ingredient processing for granular lines in the animal feed division. You will drive safety as a core value while building a high-performing production team.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, and collaboration with Maintenance and Feed teams to achieve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across packaging operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience in packaging operations, preferably food/animal feed.
• Strong EHS understanding and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams, drive accountability and performance to exceed objectives.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Feed Team for operational excellence.
• Support new equipment, processes, and production implementations.
• Develop a high-performing team supporting quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Engage employees and teams and use packaging equipment effectively.
• Provide coaching and feedback with clear performance guidance.
