Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator for the 2nd shift (8:00 PM – 6:30 AM) in our Purina Animal Nutrition manufacturing team. You will operate machinery, package final products, and contribute to quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include being 18+, at least 1 year of work experience, basic math and computer skills, English literacy, and a willingness to learn. Forklift/machine operation experience is a plus.

Production Operator - 2nd Shift

Pay: $24.25 per hour plus Shift Differential: $00.00 per hour. Shift & Working Hours: 2nd Shift; 8:00PM to 6:30 AM. Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed. In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front‑line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high‑quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
