Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Environmental, health and safety: enforce policies; participate in hazard analyses and safety reviews.
• Staffing: manage direct and temporary labor; ensure alignment with plant schedule and specs; cross-train for flexibility.
• Technical: identify objectives with management; support equipment changes and inventory management.
• Operations: lead process areas to improve throughput and profitability; develop production procedures; manage costs.
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly reports; ensure run sheets and shift reports are complete and accurate.
