Job summary

Land O'Lakes Production Operator on the 2nd shift is responsible for weighing and preparing ingredients to create quality animal feed. You will unload bulk trucks, organize the micro room, and perform housekeeping duties while ensuring safety and efficiency across the production area.

You may cross-train in other production areas, supporting a team-focused environment and adherence to quality standards. The role requires reliable, on-time performance and the ability to work in varied temperature

Qualifications

• Age 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.
