Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf seeks a Second Assistant Golf Professional to help lead daily Golf Shop and Guest Services operations, assisting the First Assistant and Director of Golf to deliver first-class service. You will contribute to sales, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires PGA affiliation or progress toward it, 2–3 years of related supervisory experience, and strong communication and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Two to three years’ experience in a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
• PGA membership or in the process of obtaining is preferred.
• First Aid, CPR/AED certification, and other safety certifications, as required.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the Golf Shop and Guest Services.
• Assist with all tournament operations.
• Maintain effective communication regarding course operations and HR issues.
• Train and develop team members in golf operations and check-in procedures.
• Attend social and member events and respond to guest inquiries.
