Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a Second Assistant Golf Professional to assist daily Golf Shop and Guest Services, support the First Assistant and Director of Golf, and help drive guest satisfaction and sales. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years supervisory experience; PGA membership preferred; flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Two to three years’ experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• PGA membership or in the process of obtaining is preferred.
• Current First Aid, CPR/AED certification, and other safety certifications, as required by the Club.
• Computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the Golf Shop and Guest Services.
• Assist with tournament operations.
• Coordinate course operations and safety communications.
