Qualifications

• Previous golf operations or golf shop experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the game of golf and golf etiquette.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• PGA membership or pursuit of PGA membership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support tee sheet management, starting times, and pace-of-play initiatives.

• Maintain knowledge of club programs, events, policies, and course conditions.
• Support the Head Golf Professional and golf leadership team with additional operational needs.
