Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Head Golf Professional to lead the Golf Shop and Guest Services, coordinating with the Director of Golf to deliver first-class service and drive sales. You will oversee staff, manage tournaments, schedules, training, and compliance with safety, while mentoring apprentices toward Class A membership.

The role requires PGA membership, a relevant degree, and 3–5 years of supervisory experience; a Pay Range is offered with a strong commission on

Qualifications

• PGA membership or in the process of obtaining is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Three to five years’ supervisory experience preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certification and other safety certifications may be required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead Golf Shop staff and Guest Services, coordinating with the Director of Golf.
• Develop and coach staff to meet service and sales goals.
• Oversee all tournament operations and budgets.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; schedule rosters.
• Ensure safety and compliance; mentor apprentices toward Class A Membership.
