Job summary

CFS in the United States seeks a vigilant SEC Reporting Analyst to help build the SEC compliance and reporting function from the ground up. You will work closely with a CFO and external resources to shape the governance framework as the company moves toward public-company readiness.

This role offers a hybrid schedule with equity participation and the potential for meaningful long-term upside as the organization grows and expands investor reporting, regulatory processes, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience with SEC reporting, securities compliance, corporate governance, financial reporting, or public-company readiness.
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and the ability to partner effectively across functions.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative professional who is comfortable helping build processes in a growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support SEC reporting, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and investor reporting initiatives.
• Help develop scalable compliance processes, controls, documentation, and reporting procedures.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, and external advisors on compliance and governance matters.
• Support reporting requirements tied to investors and other external stakeholders.
• Assist with broader public-company readiness and compliance initiatives as the organization continues to grow.
