Job summary

CFS is seeking an SEC Reporting Analyst to help build the SEC compliance and reporting function from the ground up. You will work closely with the CFO and external resources to support governance, investor reporting, and readiness initiatives in a growing organization.

This hybrid role offers equity participation and a path to public-company readiness, with collaboration across Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations. Bonus potential may apply as the program scales.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEC reporting, securities compliance, or corporate governance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and cross-functional partnering.

Responsibilities

• Support SEC reporting, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and investor reporting initiatives.
• Help develop scalable compliance processes, controls, documentation, and reporting procedures.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, and external advisors on governance matters.
• Support reporting requirements tied to investors and other external stakeholders.
• Assist with broader public-company readiness and compliance initiatives as the organization grows.
