Job summary

Ledgent-Finance- is seeking an experienced SEC Manager to oversee external financial reporting and regulatory filings in a hybrid work model in the Palo Alto area.

The role requires handling the full SEC process from start to finish, including 10-K and 10-Q filings, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Compensation includes a base salary in the USD160k–USD200k range, 401k match, stock options, and a target bonus up to 15%.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, and a proactive approach to enhancing processes.

This position will be hybrid, 2-3 days onsite and remote.
