Job summary

AV is seeking an experienced SEC Financial Reporting Manager within its Corporate Finance function. You will lead the preparation of Form 10-K/10-Q/8-K, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules, coordinating with accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations, Tax, and Legal teams.

You will own SEC consolidation, documentation, and internal controls, while driving process improvements and ERP/reporting tooling optimization. A CPA with 10+ years of public company experience is required.

Qualifications

• CPA required with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in accounting/finance, with SEC reporting experience preferred.
• Experience preparing or reviewing Forms 10-K and 10-Q; strong U.S. GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with internal controls over financial reporting (SOX).
• Proficiency with Oracle Fusion/ERP reporting tools and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate quarterly and annual SEC filings.
• Own the consolidation of financial information and schedules for SEC reporting.
• Prepare review tie-outs, disclosure checklists, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor and implement new U.S. GAAP, SEC, and other regulatory requirements; update policies.
• Support materials for earnings releases, investor presentations, and board reporting.
