• Minimum 4+ years of experience, including 2+ years public accounting.
• Experience coordinating SEC financial reporting (10-K/10-Q/8-K) and earnings releases.
• GAAP expertise with consolidation, equity accounting, ASC 718, and joint ventures.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and coordination of SEC filings and related disclosures.
• Oversee month-end close, internal reporting, external audit coordination, and SOX documentation.
• Supervise accounting staff and consolidate financials across locations.
