Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a SEC Reporting Associate to join the Corporate Financial Reporting team. You will contribute to the quarterly production, analyses and filing of the firm’s 10-K and 10-Q, applying U.S.

GAAP and SEC disclosures while collaborating with Treasury, Risk, Legal and other Finance teams. The role requires 3+ years in Accounting/Financial Services, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounting/Finance experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC disclosure rules.
• Experience with SEC reporting and 10-K/10-Q disclosures.
• Proficiency in Excel; Word; Wdesk/XBRL is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional colleagues.
• Prepare and review detailed data for inclusion in 10-K/10-Q filings.
• Assist in drafting disclosures and notes for SEC reports.
• Support process improvements and use of automation tools in reporting.
