The role oversees governance, data controls, and collaboration with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Operations to ensure accurate US GAAP and regulatory reporting. The position requires experience with large financial institutions, advanced Excel, and familiarity with regulatory platforms such as AxiomSL,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in bank regulatory reporting, financial reporting, or bank finance.
  • Strong working knowledge of FFIEC Call Reports, FR Y-14A reporting, FR 2900, FR 2644, and U.S. GAAP.
  • Familiarity with U.S. banking regulatory framework for large financial institutions.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with SQL, AxiomSL, Workiva, OneSumX, or similar regulatory reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, validate, and submit quarterly and periodic regulatory filings (FFIEC Call Reports, FR Y-14A, FR 2644, FR 2900, etc.).
  • Perform detailed reconciliations between regulatory reports, GL balances, SEC filings, and internal systems.
  • Analyze new or changing regulatory reporting requirements and assess impacts across products and entities.
  • Coordinate with Treasury, Risk, Capital Planning, Financial Control, and other teams to gather data and resolve issues.
  • Assist with implementation and enhancement of regulatory reporting systems and data quality controls.
  • Support stress testing and capital planning processes related to regulatory submissions.
